Carol H. Gold graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. degree in psychology. Subsequently, she earned her J.D. degree from Delaware Law School of Widener University. She was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1986 and in New Jersey in 1987. Since that time, she has been admitted to practice in the District Court of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Carol H. Gold was designated as an accredited professional mediator for divorce and family matters in 1998 by the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators and has served as a mediator for:

  • The Superior Court of New Jersey in a variety of civil Law Division matters since 1987
  • The United States Postal Service’s REDRESS program for Equal Employment Opportunity employment disputes since 1999.

She has also served on the mediation and arbitration panels for:

  • The United States Department of Agriculture since 2004
  • FINRA in securities consumer and employment matters since 1995
